The management of EMVITET visit University and Technology and Education

On the morning of February 20, 2019, Dr. Irma Kunnari - Project Manager and PhD. Katja Maetoloa - EMVITET Project Assistant visited and worked at University of Technical Education. Joining and working with the delegation were Associate Professor. Vo Trung Hung - Vice Rector, Dr. Nguyen Linh Nam - Dean of Electrical - Electronic Engineering, Dr. Huynh Thi Diem Uyen - Dean of Chemistry, MSc. Nguyen Tan Hoa - Student Affairs Deputy Head, MSc. Huynh Nhat Nam - Deputy Head of Training Department and some other lecturers. 

EMVITET (Empowering Vietnamese VET Teachers for Transformation towards Education 4.0 - Capacity building for Vietnamese faculty towards education 4.0) is a capacity building project under the Erasmus + program funded by the European Community. Participants in this project are: Hameen Ammaaikorkeakoulu Oy (Finland, Project Leader), Dublin City University (Irelen), Katholieke University Leuven (Belgium), Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, Lac Hong University,  Ho Chi Minh City Industry and Trade College, College of Technology II, Hue Industrial College and University of Technology and Education – The University of Danang.

 Trong đợt tập huấn tại trường Đại học Khoa học Ứng dụng Häme (Häme University of Applied Sciences – HAMK), Phần Lan từ ngày 16/9/2019 đến 04/10/2019, đoàn Trường Đại học Sư phạm Kỹ thuật - Đại học Đà Nẵng (ĐHSPKT- ĐHĐN) gồm 05 Giảng viên tham gia cùng với các đoàn đến từ các trường của Việt Nam: ĐHSPKT Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Đại học Lạc Hồng, Cao đẳng Công Thương Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và Cao đẳng Công nghiệp Huế.   With the situation of Covid-19 epidemic spreading globally and in Vietnam, Universities have to keep students absent from school for many weeks continuously to combat the epidemic. In order to create conditions for students to promptly acquire knowledge and to access online learning method, Under the direction of the Board of Rectors of the University of Technology and Education (DN-UTE), on March 12th, the technical team had a meeting to deploy for the upgrading of UTE-LMS system in combination with some digital real-time tools for online teaching implementation. From deploying the application of Information Technology and instructions of the Team, all faculties of DN-UTE have deployed many online classes with 34 lectures, 880 students and 80 courses opening for online teaching for this week.
